Ritual
1. Bring water to a gentle steam.
2. Add 1-2 tsp of INNER PEACE tea.
3. As it steeps, place your hands over the cup.
$. Inhale slowly, saying quietly and internally: "I return to myself. I am safe to soften."
5. Sip slowly, letting the herbs melt tension from your jaw, chest, and stomach.
6. Take five long exhalations to settle your nervous system.
Tea Blend
Chamomile- softens tightness, soothes nerves, eases emotional tension.
Lemon Balm-lightens the mind, uplifts the spirit, eases anxiety.
Lavender- calms the mental and energetic field, relaxes the heart.
Oatstraw- deeply nourishes depleted nerves, restores grounded ease.
Passionflower- calms the mind, supports deeper unwinding.
